(More customer reviews)This is very usefull for holding odd shapes at odd angles to be welded. I see only one potential problem and its when the nuts and bolts wear out and the whole thing starts to flex on its own but so far so good. I think that adding large wing nuts might be a better idea in the long run.
Update- I have used this magnet for a while now and I can say the following
- The magnets are way above average powerful
- The magnets are way above average powerful AND sometimes make removing them to readjust pieces a real hassle. This needs an on/off switch ;)
- The glue that holds the magnet between the two metal plates has come undone on one side causing further pains in the butt.
Despite all this it has been very useful and I would get another one.
