(More customer reviews)The gloves arrived as promised, but when my wife went to use them, she discovered that size 10.5 was made for a gorilla's hand, and certainly not hers. I contacted the seller via email and received a response almost immediately from Jude. Since I never ascertained whether Jude was male or female, I'll refer to Jude as a female, for the caring felt like it came from a mother. She apologized and found a way to have me send these gloves back, while she secured another dozen in size 7. She kept me informed the entire time, and even suffered me emailing her back with a reference to the Beatles' song.
I'd reccomend them to anyone, and they've earned my business for life. And Jude deserves the highest of honors for incredibly great customer service! Thanks again, Jude!
