(More customer reviews)When the welder arrived, the body of the unit was bent and damaged from shipping. Very poor packaging. I called and talked with an Amazon.com rep. I told her I could repair the body damage and keep it rather than having them pick up this one and send another. I offered to send pics of the damage. She said that would not be necessary and said I would get a 35% discount on the price if I would keep it. I did the repairs and notified them that it worked and I would keep it. They refunded 25% of the price rather than the 35% they had offered. When I emailed them about this, there was no further response. Since the rep had an Asian accent and was a little hard to understand, I suppose I could have heard wrong. Didn't think so though.
