(More customer reviews)This is actually an industrial grade adhesive so is not really for the home user per se...but I had a piece of my motor block that had broken off from over torquing and decided to give adhesive a try rather than brazing or welding.
I did some test glues to see the strength before I tried it. It is amazing. The bond is somewhat elastic in nature when it dries which is good. The bond is amazingly strong. When you get it to fracture it will be after a large amount of force applied and the break will not be at the bond but rather it will take material with it when the break happens. So the bond is extremely strong.
As it is shipped you have to mix it yourself...the cannister that ships is meant actually for a dispenser (you press it out of the tube) but the dispenser doesn't come with it, however. I just mixed a bit up (2 substances) and applied a little that way.
This stuff puts super glue and other highstrength home use adhesive to shame.
It is metharcrylate which is a rather toxic substance if you used this regularly at work I think you'd have to wear a respirator. It didn't bother me much but I have a high tolerance for nasty stuff like this so keep that in mind.
