(More customer reviews)The pictuer is deceiving, or wrong. The ad should show what you are really buying, "The hard hat head band" that's inside the hat, The part that on your head. I don't like that much, it is not the ratchinging type of head strap, you have to pull the plastic slides apart or together, kind or a hassle if otehr have to wear a hard hat. I should have bought the ratcheting type of head suspension, the knob on the back of the head. it works so far.
