(More customer reviews)This Hobart tip will fit onto a Victor 315FC handle, but this is not a Victor type 4 tip. I don't know where they got the no.4 from, but this tip is a small type 1 tip and is clearly stamped "1" on the nozzle. A no. 1 tip will weld marerials that's approx. 3/32" in thichness (less that 1/8") and not the 1/4" as stated in the product discription.
I already have a good type 1 Victor tip and now I have a Holbart, which I have to admit looks as good and HD as a Victor and am still deciding if I should return it. I'm figuring the return shippment from Hawaii will exceed the cost of the tip.
If you're looking for a Victor 1-w type tip, this Hobart will work for you.
This review will not let me get out without giving it a star, so I'll give it 1 star since I was expecting a 4-w tip and got a 1-w.
