I would recommed this for anyone wanting a great value in an auto-darkening, solar powered welding helmet. Hell the German glass costs as much as the price of the whole package. Tooltopia got it to me within 48hours with no special handling requested, too cool.

(More customer reviews)If your going to be welding aluminum with your Lincoln 140C or 180C MIG welder this is a must have accessory. You will literally push your hair out with you try pushing that soft aluminum wire through the normal liner unless it's Teflon in which case you probably wouldn't be looking at this spool gun :O)
The kit is easy to install ... all wires are labeled and it works like a charm once installed. Just don't forget to buy some welding grade Argon and reverse your leads assuming you've been using flux core .... happy welding ;O)

US Forge Welding Red Cable Connectors for No. 4 thru No. 1/0 Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this connector set because it appears to be identical to the welding cable plugs on my ancient Forney welder. I will be sending it back. Here's why:
Firstly, the photo shows a pair of black and red connectors, but the description says "red." The description is correct. The photo is misleading. You will receive one red male and one red female connector.
Secondly, while this item appears to be a copy of the original Forney plugs, right down to the part number molded into the plastic handles, it is a cheap copy. A bad copy as well, because the male plug does not have the taper used by Forney and is too large to even be plugged into the welder.

Thirdly, the cable clamp setscrews do not line up with the holes in the plastic handles, and even worse, the screw holding the handle on to the brass body protrudes out of the handle so far you are guaranteed to get a nasty shock just by handling the connector under power.
I agree with "A Customer" above. This item is an unuseable knockoff and potentially dangerous to boot.

Its only draw back is the size of the viewing area it is about 25% smaller then the more expensive helmets. But for the price this helmet is a clear winner. It contains all the features of a $400 helmet.

Lincoln K2688-1 Sp-140T 120V Compact Mig Welder Review

(More customer reviews)I have had a Lincoln Mig Welder for about 5 years now and it works perfectly. I've used up about a dozen or more rolls of welding wire and never had a single problem. I have welded some really bad metal (dirty, oily, rebar, etc) and it still did a great job. I have also talked to a few other people with Lincoln welders and they say the same thing, works great and no problems. Don't buy one of those off-brand welders and expect it to weld properly or last, spend a couple dollars more and buy one that will do the job. This is one tool that has more than paid for itself.
