The headband is easily adjusted while on your head; it even helps to keep the sweat out of your eyes. I've used this for 2 seasons already and I am now ready to replace the shield itself. It easily removes for cleaning, or you can leave it attached to the headband - I use soap & water on a sponge to clean it. Save your eyes and face from flying debris with this comfortable Hobart face shield. Highly recommended.
